If it fails, we deal with it

Every piece we sell carries its manufacturer's warranty — typically one year on frames, mechanisms and workmanship, and longer on mattresses. The specific coverage is on your invoice.

Making a claim

Bring your invoice, or the name on the order, plus a photo of the issue. We handle the manufacturer back-and-forth ourselves — you deal with us, not a call centre.

What's not covered

Normal wear, fabric pilling, damage from misuse or moves, and floor-model pieces sold as-is (always marked on the invoice). We'll still help you fix what we can.
